At our store, every customized product is specially made just for you. Because personalized items are created based on your selected design, name, photo, or customization request, please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Customized Products – No Return or Exchange
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customized or personalized products once the order has been confirmed.
This includes:
- Name customized products
- Photo customized gifts
- Personalized jewelry
- Custom engraved items
- Made-to-order products
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- The wrong product
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, it is mandatory to provide:
- Clear unboxing video (without cuts or edits)
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Order ID
Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to approve the claim.
Replacement Policy
After verification of the issue, we may offer:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Store credit/refund (if replacement is unavailable)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Important Notes
- Minor color differences may occur due to screen lighting and are not considered defects.
- Customized orders cannot be returned because of personal preference or change of mind.
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
